We aim to be the foremost collective body of Māori allied health professionals and leaders advancing Hauroa Māori within a kaupapa Māori framework.

Ngā Pou Mana umbrellas all allied health groups within the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act (HPCA) and also provides a place and voice for those Māori allied health professionals that don’t have their own professional associations.

Our objectives are:

1: Develop tomorrows' Māori allied health leaders today

2: Contribute to whānau wellbeing through advocacy, innovation and research

3: Develop Ngā Pou Mana as a sustainable organisation

Whiti ora ki te whai ao
ki te ao mārama.
Whiti ki runga, whiti ki raro.
E ngungu ki te pōhatu
E ngungu ki te rākau
tītaha ki tēnei taha
tītaha ki tērā taha
Tihei mauriora.

Cross over to life in the changing world
in the world of light and understanding
Cross upwards, cross downwards.
Turn to the rock
turn to the tree
leaning to this side
leaning to that side
